Selection Process

In this you have to go through three steps –

  • Preliminary Exam
  • Main Exam
  • Document Verification

Note – Preliminary exam will be conducted only if more than forty thousand applications are received.

BSSC CGL Exam Pattern

  • The nature of the question paper in this exam will be objective ie multiple choice.
  • A total of 150 questions will be asked in this exam.
  • For which you will have to take 2 hours 15 minutes i.e. 135 Minutes time will be provided.
  • You will be awarded 4 (Four) marks for each correct answer, whereas for each wrong answer, 1 (mark) will be deducted as penalty.
